2. When was it built? Three test versions were first constructed in 1974

4. Is it a private building or can you visit it?Residents were so annoyed of people always coming in to look at the houses that they have a "show cube".

 based on the concept of "living as an urban roof"
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
Honestly i picked this building because the name seemed cool. When i looked up the name the pictures blew my mind. It is honestly something i would like to visit some time soon.

The UFO house, Taiwan


1. Who is the architect (the person who built it)? Not know but who owned the site where they were located was Hung Kuo Group.

3. Where is it located?
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? There are plans to have it redeveoped into a site for tourist attraction with beaches and hotels.
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? no
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself?
They were intended as a vacation resort in a part of the northern coast adjacent to Tamsui, and were marketed towards U.S. military officers coming from their East Asian postings.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
I didn't know what this building was so i just looked it up and saw how creepy it looked. Then i remembered i've seen these pictures on instagram. This is honestly a site i would really enjoy to see.

Eden project, United Kingdom

4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? Looking at the pictures it seems like anyone can visit.
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? No
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? I believe it is for the environment because of all the plants they have in the building.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
I picked this building because the eden project is a album of one of my favorite artists so i decided to check it out. Looking at the pictures i was a bit confused by the building but then i understood how amazing they look. I wouldn't care too much to visit it but it seems cool.

Habitat 67, Canada

3. Where is it located?
2600 Avenue Pierre-Dupuy on the Marc-Drouin Quay next to the Saint Lawrence River
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? It's apartments so i guess anyone could visit it doesn't say too much about the privacy.
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build?
 140,000 in Canadian money 
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? It actually began as a thesis project for his architecture program at McGill University.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
I picked this building because Canada is a cool place and wanted to see what they have over there. This building was kinda like illusion at first but then i started to see what became of it. I would for sure like to live there.

Turning Torso, Sweden

2. When was it built? It officially open 27th of august 2005
3. Where is it located?
Malmö on the Swedish side of the Öresund strait,
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? Doesn't say
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? No 
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself?
Malmö's former managing director, Johnny Örbäck, saw the sculpture in a brochure presenting Calatrava
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
I picked this building because the name seemed interesting and i was curious. When i found out what it looked like i was in shock. I was so amazed that someone could actually build something like this.
